Returns and exchanges

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition, and packaging. If the item was damaged in shipping, take pictures BEFORE you open the shipping box(es), send us the images then we will determine steps from that point. If you open the package, you will be responsible for shipping back to us.

No returns or exchanges

All items are custom and handmade, Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once your order is in production.
